NYC had a whiff of warm weather the other day, which then promptly dropped. Alas, it was a mere indication that spring is around the corner and the end to this winter is near. So what's more spring than florals? I pulled out my old Who What Wear x Target floral skirt and went out to get some delicious bagels. P.S. Today I'll be honoring the last 44 out of 45 presidents.
